Online and Mobile Banking users continue to be affected by the Apple release of Safari 5.1.4 and 5.1.5.  The changes in these browser releases are impacting many industries and not limited to our online and mobile banking products. The appropriate teams have engaged Apple to discuss needed changes to the Safari browser.

Current workaround options for Safari users using the 5.1.4 or 5.1.5 releases are as follows:

  • After login, click the refresh button (on the browser toolbar) to re-load the screen. Note: this will need to be repeated with each login.
  •  Users can access NetTeller via alternate browsers such as Firefox.
